BIOGRAPHY: Founder's Biography

Gianni Giudici was born in Bergamo, Italy on 29th December 1964.

 He took his Art Baccalaureat and entered the famous Marangoni School in Milan where he graduated in 1988 .

Designer and illustrator in Paris, he is acknowledged at the top of his field and is regularly published in the press (Le Journal du textile, Le Figaro, L'Officiel Homme..) and collaborates with the most prestigious design consultancies in Paris .

In 1993, he became first assistant to Patrick Lavoix, Artistic Director for Christian Dior .

A few years later, he met Jean-Paul Gaultier and became a close collaborator on  men and women  ready-to-wear collections. Enriched with this experience, he declared: ' It was with Jean-Paul that I really learnt my job as a designer'.

In 2001 he then moved on to Valentino in Milan as Artistic Director and designed collections until the label was taken over by Marzotto Group in 2003.

This same year he started his own Design Consultancy in Paris with an office in Milan and soon after released his design book INSPIRATION , real work instrument to assist creation, aimed at designers and product managers.
